Confidentiality Statement - The Board Members of the AMASC 2010-14 Mandate have adopted a policy of confidentiality for all communications. Therefore, names and addresses of our members and friends are to be used only for the purposes of AMASC, its member associations and for individual communication among its members. No commercial use of any name or address is permitted.
Aviso de Confidencialidad - Las miembras del Consejo de Administration de l'AMASC para el mandato de 2010-2014 han aprobado una declaracion de politica acerca de la confidencialidad de todas las comunicaciones. Por lo tanto, los nombres y senas de nuestros miembros/as y amigos/as deben usarse exclusivamente para los propositos de l' AMASC, de las asociaciones que son miembras de l'AMASC y para comunicaciones personales entre sus miembros/as. El uso de cualquier nombre o senas para propositos comerciales es prohibido.

ABBREVIATED DEFINITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP FROM AMASC BY-LAWS
FULL MEMBERS: Associations which are current in the payment of dues as of the most recent AMASC Congress or the most recently due annual subscription. These associations receive minutes, President’s letters and are the only associations which have voting privileges. (Statutes 4.2.1, 5.1, 5.5; By-laws 1, 5, 15 (3))
*FRIEND of AMASC: An association which has not formally joined AMASC. They have no AMASC voting privileges. They do receive the President’s letter. (e.g. Egypt, Lebanon, Philippines, Puerto Rico)
**IN FORMATION: An association which has informed AMASC that it wishes to join AMASC and has begun the process of joining AMASC. They receive the President’s letter. (e.g. Uganda, Chad).
***RETIRED: A former Full Member of the AMASC Association which has submitted a formal letter of resignation to the Board of Directors {Secretary General of AMASC}. They receive no AMASC meeting minutes but continue to receive the President’s letter. A retired Association may not vote on AMASC matters. (e.g. Costa Rica)
