RECONCILIATION: CONCEPT

To reconciliate ( from latin; riconciliare, means 3 return to old frienships or attire and be in keeping with divided souls2).

RECONCILIATION WITH ONESELF

It is the first level of reconciliation. It implies to accept ourselves.
So we have to know ourselves. Afterwards we have to examine things we should change to become better and try to change them and then accept ourselves without problems.

There are things that are given to me and I can not change them, we are tall, short, beautiful, ugly, fat or thin... These are things maybe I would like to change but they are not essential. If I like myself inside of me I will like me outside of me. The exterior will be a reflection of the interior.

The important thing is to know myself, to work for changing the bad things and to accept myself as I am. This acceptation will give me peace and joy, safety and will meliorate our lives and that of those who surround me. Being reconciled with ourselves we can make of this world a better place to live in. If I am happy with myself I will give peace . People who surround me will live better, we need a positive attitude.

Our education in Sacred Heart schools, where we have not arrives by chance but because our families did have the moral values of the religious, has given us the preparation to understand ,accept and help in the various circumstances we have to deal in our lives. It has nothing to do with age, halth or social level. No matter what happens we can deal with it positively.

CONCLUSION: PURPOSE

To get to know me better, to accept and love myself in order to be reconciled with myself.

RECONCILIATION WITH THE OTHERS

Reconciliation with others means, among other things, to have problems in the living together with people that live in our same place.

So we know racial, political,economic, religious,cultural, ecological problems in Africa, Middle East, Europe and countries like Urss, Australia, Colombia, Mexico, Brasil... that are really different. Sometimes they arealso out of control because of natural disasters or because of egoism of a few ones.

Reconciliation with others implies new forms of living, to give part of our wealth, to use resources, to invent solutions in order to erradicate margination, to help with inmigration...We have to be responsible and compel ourselves with all these questions. We have to inform ourselves, study and comprehend, offer peace and try to remediate in what we can. If each one of us gives something we can put together a lot .

But reconciliation means to give christian love to people who are near to us, to give with generosity.

This means to have time for our family. To organise reunions where to offer peace, love and armony. This is meant also with the neighbour, the colleague... We must approach all of them with a smile,patience, comprehension and interest for their lives, with an arttitude of service.

We say that the world is a global village. in Europe, since 1951, european citizens have come together. But this unique economical marquet has brought also the fall of a lot of cultural, social an linguistic borders. Common space has made us more human we know each other better and this knowing brings only love.

For us, christians, the purpopse must be to be the germ of reconciliation, we have to make reality the lessons of the Great Reconciliator, Jesus. With his: 2love eachother as I have loved you2. But his message is not only for us, christians, but for all the human race and that is because we have to be reconciled with ourselves and reconciliating people.

Conclusion-Purpose

We have to work to be reconciled with others and reconciliating.

Reconciliation with God

What means reconciliation with God? We said reconciliation means keeping in with divided souls. To come back to old friendships. But are we not friends of God? Are we not united?

First of all, as we said in regard to ourselves we have to get to know God to reconciliate with Him. When we want to know somebody we come near to this person and try to get to know her, what she likes,what interests her... We indagate about our comon ideas, hobbies ...

Getting to know God means also coming near to Him. He is waiting for this. He loves us and He is in us, near us, gives us His hand since we were born. He is only waiting for us.

In Mathew 25,34-40 we read:2Since the beginning of creation God had an idea of man, man as revelation of God1s love put in his heart. Love is shown in the poor in the one who suffers in the one that has nothing. 3You did... Love is doings not only words1.

God is a personal reality. God is LOVE and if i want to come near Him I have to be reconciled with myself and with my brother. Then I will know Him. The process is: know myself, accept myself, meliorate myself and love myself.

To know, to accept and to love others means growing in this process. This way I get to know God, love Him and I reconciliate myself with God who liberates me and is compassive; He is Father.

We must not forget that in an agitated, convulsed world it is necessary to find silence, to make space for the manifestation of God. We have to create a space of silence,of peace where we can concentrate ourselves and hear Him.

This is the conclusion of this part of the study work: to create each day a silence space where I can hear Him.

In this silence I will hear Him and will know how to perseverate in the reconciliation with myself and with the others. I will learn with God. He will teach me to be vehicle of reconciliation.

WOMEN AND RECONCILIATION

In nearly all cultures women is the center of familiar life. She teaches, takes care of material and spiritual things.

She can give a reconciliation message. She can impregnate the life of each member of the family with this spirit.

Often this task is not easy. In this world media do not help, they make it more difficult. Messages that arrive from papers and television are not of peace but of war, conflict and tension.

It is not easy then to speak and practice reconciliation. But it can be our purpose to comunicate with others about it. To make a campaign to make of this world a better one.

Conclusion Purpose

To irradiate reconciliation around us.

CONCLUSIONS

To know, meliorate,accept and love myself in order to be reconciled with myself.

To work to be with others reconciled and reconciliating.

To create each day a silence space to find God.
