Participating Hotels

The Host Hotel is the Fairmont Hotel New Orleans. All programs and scheduled lunches and dinners will take place at the Fairmont Hotel. The other participating hotel is the Hampton Inn French Quarter/Downtown.

These special, negotiated rates are available until March 23, 2006. After that date, the ‘reserved’ block of rooms will be released to the general public and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room/per night and does not include 13% sales tax plus a $2 night surcharge, nor inflation.

*There are several Hampton Inns in New Orleans. Please refer to the Downtown/French Quarter Hampton Inn.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in a charge for the first night room and tax on the individual’s credit card. Anyone who fails to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date is considered a no-show and will be charged for the firstnight room and tax.
