Registration includes:
• Welcome Mass at the St. Louis Cathedral
• Welcome Reception at the Presbytere
• All Congress sessions, General Assembly sessions with
simultaneous translations.

• Breakfasts Monday, April 24 through Thursday, April 27
• Lunches on Tuesday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 26 and
Thursday, April 27
• Farewell International Gala, sponsored by Canada
Registration for Accompanying Persons includes:

The registration fee does not include lodging and extra
special events.
Rates
To qualify for the early-bird rate, registration forms must be
postmarked or purchased on-line no later than June 30, 2005.
Registrations after June 30, 2005 and received by March 23, 2006,
are eligible for the advance rates. After March 23, 2006, you
must register on-line or on-site and higher registration fees
will apply.
Payment
All registrations and special events must be prepaid. Forms received
without payment will be returned unprocessed. Attendees are responsible
for payment of all fees.
Confirmations
You will receive written confirmation of your registration. If
you do not receive confirmation from us within three weeks of
registering,
please contact our registration office at (504) 561-1191 or by
email ccc@ccc-nola.com.We
are not responsible for forms that were
mailed but never received.
Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received before
March 23, 2006 will receive a refund of both registration and
special event fees, minus an administration fee of $100.00 Cancellations
after March 23, 2006 will not be refunded, however, substitutions
are welcome at no additional charge.
