" Spirit of the Day -- Thursday 18 April, 2002 "

Today has been very different. We have changed our venue and our way of working. Rose Bay offers us a unique and beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. We are surrounded with BEAUTY and we want to thank God who is Beauty.

Today has offered us the opportunity to look at our personal journey and to do it after spending two days contemplating and reflecting upon our world with a view to being reconciled with it. Did you find that you have looked at yourself and your journey a little differently? Has the Spirit nudged you, whispered a little word within calling you to change to a conversion?

And what is conversion? As Bernard Lorangan says "It is falling in love at a level oher than the human level. It is a total questionning of oneself, an ongoing questionning of oneself, an onegoing question without holding anything back, unconditional. Conversion is the love of God flowing into our hearts through the Spirit".
